Maui’s Windward Aviation Featured on TRU TV

Maui Helicopter pilot Don Shearer, owner of Windward Aviation is among those featured on the new Maui Chopper series now airing on Cable television’s, Tru TV.

In the series, camera crews ride shotgun with pilots as they perform death-defying rescues over the island’s terrain.

Work includes dousing fires in coordination with the Maui Fire Department, rescuing swimmers in distress and responding to injured hikers in treacherous coastal terrain.

Two premier episodes are set to air back to back Wednesday night at 10:30 and 11 p.m.
