Fishing of some popular species could undergo stricter regulations to protect over harvesting in island waters.  The Department of Land and Natural Resources will be on Maui this Wednesday to discuss options for protection of the uhu, weke, ulua and papio with a focus on minimum size rules.  The meeting runs from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. January 14th at the Maui Waena School cafeteria.
