The two-hour program features unique and informative guests, with a call-in format that allows listeners to interact with studio guests.  The Maui Breakfast Club also includes a full hour each day of entertaining features including: health and fitness, business tips, MIL sports updates, a recipe of the week segment, surf reports, traditional Hawaiian healing practices, mortgage market updates, sustainable living and gardening, news from non-profits, upcoming activities for seniors, and a weekly feature each Friday on coming Maui events in music, arts, culture and theater.

Co-host Tom Blackburn-Rodriguez is a 12-year resident of Maui.  His current work involves consulting for several Maui businesses and non-profit organizations.  Tom is an active member of the community, having served two terms as President of the Maui Coastal Land Trust.  He is also a member of the Kihei-Wailea Rotary Club, a Paul Harris Fellow, and the founding President of Na HALE O Maui, an affordable housing community land trust dedicated to the creation of perpetual projects in affordable housing.  Prior to his consulting work, Tom was employed with Maui Economic Opportunity, where he helped to create the Maui Nui Housing Task Force and served as the Director of Development and Marketing.
