Don’t be deceived by its designation as a Division-II school. Seabury Hall is sending a clear message that its basketball team is clearly the class of the Maui Interscholastic League this season.

For the second time with a couple of weeks, the Spartans posted a victory over traditional MIL power Baldwin. The latest win came in Friday night’s semifinal round of the St. Anthony Invitational at War Memorial Gymnasium.

Dylan King scored 19 points in leading the Spartans to a 53-48 victory and a berth in Saturday’s 7 p.m. semifinal against Corona of California. Corona advanced with 65-36 win over Kealakehe of the Big Island.
