Canada’s WestJet Announces New Non-Stop Vancouver to Maui Summer Service

Good news for the Maui’s Canadian tourism sector. WestJet Airline announced today that its summer schedule will include a daily non-stop service from Vancouver to Maui , beginning May 2.

WestJet’s 2011 summer schedule includes increased service to many popular destinations, including Maui, which shows continued yet measured growth across its network.

“This year’s summer schedule is built to provide WestJet guests with ample travel opportunities and choices. You’ll see daily service from Vancouver to Maui and Honolulu and daily service between Toronto and Cancun, to name a few. Overall, we’re offering expanded summer service across our network,” continued Hugh Dunleavy.

WestJet is one of Canada’s most popular airlines and offers service throughout its 71-city North American and Caribbean network. In 2006, WestJet Vacations was launched and provides vacation packages.

WestJet’s fleet of 92 Boeing Next-Generation 737 aircraft offer increased legroom, leather seats and live seatback television.
