Women Helping Women, Maui's only 24-hour shelter for domestic violence victims will hold its annual fundraiser April 10th, the “Eat, Pray, Love, Laugh” tea.

On April 10th, Maui’s only 24-hour shelter for domestic violence victims, Women Helping Women, will hold its annual fundraiser at the MACC. The 14th annual Elegant Afternoon Tea will have the theme “Eat, Pray, Love, Laugh” and feature various teas and incredible cuisine from Italy, India, Bali and Maui created by award-winning Chef Beverly Gannon of Hali’imaile General Store, Joe’s Bar & Grill and Gannon’s Restaurant in Wailea.

The event will also involve a silent auction and marketplace, a highly entertaining live auction, incredible food and entertainment. The tea will be followed by double Emmy Award-winning comedian Kathy Griffin in Castle Theater.

Take this incredible journey through various cultures while benefiting a great cause from 1pm to 5pm. Ticket prices range from VIP at $150 to General Admission at $85. Kathy Griffin packages are also available. Purchase both the Tea tickets and Kathy Griffin ticket packages by calling the Maui Arts & Cultural Center at 242-SHOW.
