Students interested in bachelor’s degrees or career information are invited to attend a College Transfer and Career Fair hosted by the University of Hawai’i Maui College.

The fair will take place from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Wednesday, April 27, 2011 at the Kahului campus in the Pilina Multipurpose Room and Student Lounge.

Representatives from the University of Hawai’i System and other mainland colleges will provide students with information on admission, transfers and baccalaureate degrees. Representatives from state and county agencies will also be on hand in addition to private companies who are looking to recruit new graduates.

“We are excited to provide this valuable networking opportunity for students to meet potential employers and get information on bachelor’s degrees,” said Cooperative Education Director Kehau Newhouse.  “At the same time it gives Maui based companies the opportunity to advise students about the professional world and employer expectations while recruiting students and graduates,” said Newhouse.
