[flashvideo file=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OpkalcGq4cc /]  Polynesian dancers with the Old Lahaina Lu’au returned as the half-time entertainment at the 2011 EA SPORTS Maui Invitational basketball tournament in West Maui.

The Kansas Jayhawks led Duke going into the half, 35-31.

With the second half underway, and 10 minutes left on the clock, just one point separated the teams as they battle it out for the Wayne Duke Championship Trophy.

Every year, more than 4,000 out-of-state visitors fly in for the premier sporting event.

The 2010 event generated an estimated $7.8 million for the local economy; and over the years, the tournament has brought a total economic impact of $145 million since its debut in 1984.
