Services for all five passengers who lost their lives in a tragic weekend car crash in Kula, Maui have been set.

Obituary notices published by Ballard Family Mortuary include the following information:

Karl T.A. Barrack (February 1, 1992 – March 25, 2012)

Friday, March 30, 2012: Visitation 6 to 9 p.m.; Service 7 p.m. at Ballard Family Mortuary.  Barrack, 20, of Makawao was a farmer, according to a memorial notice. Barrack was born in Wailuku, and passed away on March 25, 2012 at the Maui Memorial Medical Center. According to an obituary notice, Barrack is survived by his parents, Taito (Dawn Elizabeth Gottlieb) Barrack; brother, Nicholas Wilson Mitsuaki Barrack; step-brothers, Brian Awai, Daniel Awai; and grandmother, Dorren Pfeltzer.

Ambrose Pua Momoa Jr. (December 16, 1991 – March 25, 2012)

Friday April 6, 2012: Visitation 6 to 9 p.m.; Service 7 p.m. at Ballard Family Mortuary. Momoa, 20, 0f Wailuku, was born in Wailuku.  Momoa was a student at the University of Hawaii Maui College.  He is survived by his parents, Ambrose and RoseAnn Momoa Sr.; sisters, Rose (Raymond) Lee, Angela Rose Mildred Momoa, Azlynn Puamana (Jonathan Adam McCoey) Momoa; thee nieces; and five nephews, according to a memorial notice.

Remington Taylor Redwell (July 26, 1991 – March 25, 2012)

Saturday, April 7, 2012: A celebration of life will be held at Ballard Family Mortuary with visitation from 9 a.m. to 12 noon, and an open mic for sharing over urn to start at 10 a.m.  Redwell, 20, of Lahaina, Maui was born in Los Angeles, California, according to a celebration of life notice.   The notice states that Redwell is survived by his father, Ronald Redwell; sister, Raven T. Redwell; aunts, Dolores Wong, Jann Williams Washington, Laurie Steele; and numerous cousins.

Steven Robert Shaw (September 25, 1991 – March 25, 2012)

Saturday, April 7, 2012: Visitation, 9 a.m. to 12 noon; Service starts at 10 a.m. at Ballard Family Mortuary.  Shaw, 20, of Kula, was born in Kealakekua, Hawaii.  Shaw was a culinary arts student at the University of Hawaii Maui College, according to a memorial notice.  The memorial notification states that Shaw is survived by his father, Robert K. Shaw; mother, Lorraine (Anthony Estrada) Smyth; sister, Kadian Shaw; grandparents, Erik Toler, Patricia Toler, Robert Smyth, Yvonne Murtha, David Mendoza; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and hanai family, Lin Kee Ohana, Mahuna Ohana, and girlfriend, Makayla King.

Annastachia A.K. Cruz-Kalua (August 19, 1992 – March 25, 2012)

Friday, April 13, 2012: Visitation, 6 to 9 p.m.; Services start at 7 p.m. at Grace Bible Church in Upcountry, Maui.  Cruz-Kalua, 19, of Makawao, was born in Honolulu, according to the service notice.  The posting notes that Cruz-Kalua was an Assistant Manager at KM Polynesian Productions.  She is reportedly survived by her parents, Bill-Werner K. Manuel Jr., and Georgieanna K. Kalua; brothers, Devon-Werner Kalua-Manuel, Bill-Werner Manuel III, Quincy Manuel; sisters, Anela Manuel, Anna-Marie Manuel; grandmothers, Madelene Adams, Ivy Pagelsdorf; god mother, Yolanda; and numerous cousins and family members.
