There will also be a briefing from 2 to 3:30 p.m., on Friday, April 27 in room 602 at One Main Plaza in Wailuku.  During the briefing, organizers will explain training details, facilitator expectations and requirements.

Better Choices Better Health workshops are a Stanford University, evidence-based, community-centered program.

Workshops provide practical information, tools, and support to people who are interested in incorporating healthier habits into their lives.  The program also helps people with chronic conditions better manage their health.
