Comedian Mike Epps Takes Maui Stage In June

One of Hollywood’s funniest comic actors, Mike Epps, brings his national standup comedy tour to the MACC on Saturday, June 30 at 7:30 p.m.

Tickets for the extremely popular tour went on sale for MACC members only on Saturday, May 19. They’ll go on sale to the general public this Friday, May 26 at 10 a.m.

Epps currently stars in his own standup special, “Mike Epps Presents.” He also recently starred in the Sony Pictures film, Jumping the Broom.

Epps is appreciated in the comedy scene for his wit and his ability to combine comedy with hip-hop. In addition to his film, TV, and standup projects he released a comedy rap album, Bidness: Da Album, in 2010.

Tickets have sold out in several of Epps’ other tour locations, so those who wish to see him perform on Maui are advised to get their tickets early.

Starting Friday, May 26 at 10 a.m., tickets can be purchased for $25, $45, $55, and $65 by calling the MACC Box Office at 242-SHOW or online at MauiArts.org.
