Coconut’s Fish Café, located in Kihei at the Azeka Mall, has announced the grand opening of its first mainland restaurant in Scottsdale, Arizona on April 4, 2013.

“I’m excited about the new location, and the new opportunity,” said Coconut’s founder Mike Phillips, in a recent press statement. “It’s a chance for us to bring our food, Hawaiian fish, and the aloha spirit to the great people of Scottsdale.”

On March 8, Coconut’s was included in CNN’s list of “Top 10 Places to Eat Like a Local.” The list is comprised of restaurants from around the county, compiled by CNN and Travel and Leisure Magazine and included 100 restaurants worldwide.

“Our food is great because we care about our customers,” explained Phillips. “We focus on health, quality, and affordable food. Unlike other places, we won’t kill you with grease.” Coconut’s prides itself on delivering healthy food made from scratch daily.

Coconut’s Fish Café features a dining room with unique, wooden surfboard tables and benches and a family-orientated atmosphere. Menu prices range from $11-$15.

The Scottsdale, Arizona location will be located at 16640 N. Scottsdale Road, Suite 103, Scottsdale, Arizona 85254.
