Free Fitness Classes for Seniors in West Maui

The County of Maui, Office on Aging is sponsoring a free “EnhanceFitness” series of classes at Kaunoa’s West Maui Senior Center beginning today, April 21, 2014.
The one-hour classes take place on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at 2 p.m., and are designed for seniors with a wide range of physical abilities.

While there is no charge for the program, a voluntary monthly contribution is suggested.
