UPDATE, FOUND: Missing Maui Teen

UPDATE: FOUND 11:52 P.M. 4/28/14, Family members say this individual is now home. The mother of the missing teen advised us shortly before midnight on Monday that he was found saying, “Mahalo everyone for sharing this post. Our son is now home with us and our ʻohana will begin the healing process. Mahalo to mauinow.com for taking the time to run this and helping us find (our son).”

Family members are seeking the public’s help in locating a 17-year-old Maui teen who was last seen at his home in Pukalani on Saturday night, April 26, 2014.

Family members say (name removed for privacy/juvenile has since been located) may be a possible runaway, but that is not his normal behavior.

Police have classified the case as a juvenile runaway and put out an all-points-bulletin within the department.

The teen is described as 5’6″ tall and weighs 125-130 pounds.

Family members are unsure what he was wearing at the time of his disappearance.

Anyone with information is asked to call Maui police.
