Hana Ranch Restaurant to Host Pork/Wine Dinner

This Friday, May 9, the Hana Ranch Restaurant is holding a special Pua‘a (Pork) Wine Dinner.

It begins with an appetizer of crispy pork belly with Chinese BBQ sauce and Hana Herbs pohole fern and mango salad with sesame soy dressing.

This is followed by a salad of Kula romaine, crispy bacon, focaccia croutons and Hana “Ranch” dressing.

Next up is the main course.

Diners can anticipate smoked Kalua pork knuckle and won bok cabbage accompanied by lomi tomato, mashed potatoes and mustard bacon sauce.

Lastly, dessert is a Hana mango upside down cake with vanilla ice cream.
The event is $50 for food and wine or $45 for food only, plus tax and gratuity.
