The workshop will be held on Aug. 16, 2014, with environmental activities and curriculum being offered in partnership with the Maui Invasive Species Committee.
A second workshop will cater to ninth to 12th grade teachers.
That workshop will take place on Aug. 30, and the deadline to apply will be Aug. 15.
Both workshops are sponsored by Hawai’i Pacific Parks Association.
Participants will be provided with all necessary supplies for the workshop and will be given a resource kit upon completion of the class.
