The lūʻau features hula and narration by Lei Pono Productions that takes the audience on a journey through the history of Kāʻanapali through song and dance.

The production begins with the call of the pu or conch shell, and culminates in a fire walk.

The feast portion of the lūʻau includes whole roasted huli huli pig from a kiawe rotisserie, Kāʻanapali Beach Hotel’s poi made in-house, a variety of Hawaiian specialties, fresh island fruits and salads, and desserts.
