Mama’s Fish House Named to OpenTable Top 100 List

Three Hawaiʻi restaurants are featured on this year’s list of the 100 Best Restaurants in America, published by OpenTable, an online dining and reservations company.

Mama’s Fish House in Pāʻia was the lone Maui restaurant on the list.  The beachfront restaurant and coconut grove is situated just west of the famed Hovokipa Beach Park along Maui’s North Shore.

On Hawaiʻi Island, ʻUlu Ocean Grill and Sushi Lounge along the Kona-Kohala Coast was named to the list.  The restaurant features fish and seafood in an oceanfront setting at the Four Seasons Resort in Hualālai.

And on Oʻahu, La Mer at the Halekulani was identified by OpenTable as the “longest, consecutively ranked AAA Five Diamond Restaurant.” Located in Honolulu, the menu features “Neoclassic French cuisine” and views of both Diamond Head and Waikiki Beach.

The diners’ choice list is based on thousands of reservations, reviews and feedback with consideration for creativity, consistency, and hospitality.  Honorees were based on more than five million reviews of more than 20,000 restaurants in the US in the OpenTable network.
