Water Department officials say representatives will normally make collection calls in the morning, not in the afternoon.

DWS employees can be identified by their County of Maui identification badge, DWS uniform and County of Maui vehicle.

Water bill payments are accepted at the County building lobby, the Service Center at Maui Mall, and the DWS baseyards in Lahaina, Hāna, and Molokaʻi.

Anyone receiving a suspicious call is asked to contact the department of water supply and the Maui Police Department.
