There were three trash/dumpster fires; one each in the Lahaina, Kīhei, and Wailea areas. Although not confirmed, these fires were suspected as fireworks-related.

One incident in Kahului was reported as a possible structure fire, but was actually a smoke-related call–no fire threat was found.

There was a utility pole fire in Makawao, also not fireworks-related.

And the last fire incident was a tree fire reported at Manele on Lāna‘i. This fire was most likely fireworks-related, as the fire was discovered high in a tree.

There were no injuries reported as a result of these fires.
