Kamaka Kukona to Perform at The Shops at Wailea

Multi Nā Hōkū Hanohano award winner and Grammy-nominated singer, composer, musician and award-winning kumu hula Kamaka Kukona will perform at The Shops at Wailea’s Wailea Le‘a event on Wednesday, Jan. 21, 201, from 6:30 to 8 p.m.

His stunning debut album received two Nā Hōkū Hanohano Awards as “Most Promising Artist of the Year” and “Male Vocalist of the Year.”

Kukona has also received a nomination in the 57^th Annual Grammy Awards. His elegant vocals and traditional sounds create a cohesive and beautiful masterpiece of old and new Hawaiian music that he will share in a one-night, free performance.
