UPDATE: Kula Highway at Sun Yat Sen Park Now Open

Kula Highway at Sun Yat Sen Park was closed most of the day due to a downed utility pole that was blocking both lanes of travel, the Maui Police Department reported early this morning. The highway has been cleared for traffic according to a report released at 6:45 p.m. tonight.
