Free Entry to Haleakalā for President’s Day Weekend

Haleakalā National Park will waive entrance fees for all park visitors for the President’s Day holiday weekend.

The free entry is being offered from Saturday, Feb. 14 to Monday Feb. 16, 2015.

The National Park Service will also waive admission fees on five additional days in 2015, including: April 18 and 19, the first weekend of National Park Week; Aug. 25, the National Park Service’s 99th birthday; Sept. 26, National Public Lands Day; and Nov. 11, Veterans Day.

National park passes that provide annual free or discounted admission for active duty military members and their dependents, senior citizens, or people with permanent disabilities are available on any day of the year.
