Japengo To Host Wine and Seafood Pairing Dinner

In celebration of the recent Kapalua Wine & Food Festival, Hyatt Regency Maui Resort and Spa is hosting a special seafood and wine pairing dinner tomorrow, June 25, in their award-winning Japengo restaurant.

Starting at 5:30 p.m., attendees can anticipate four courses of fresh seafood and locally-sourced ingredients, paired with a selection of specially chosen wines. T

The menu for the evening includes 

• Blackened Ahi Salad
• Hirame Carpaccio
• Omakse Nigri
• Lavender Seasoned Mahi-Mahi

The four rounds of seafood are followed by a Mango and Li Hing Mui Cheesecake.
