Fireworks Prohibited in National Parks

Fireworks are prohibited in national parks, including the Fourth of July, according to federal law.

According to the National Park Service, “Fireworks Prohibited” signs are posted near the entrances to Maui’s Haleakalā National Park and Hawai‘i Volcanoes National Park on Hawaiʻi Island.
