Andrew Keenan will be the instructor of  “Becoming a General Contractor,” a workshop offered through the Sustainable Living Institute of Maui at the University of Hawai‘i Maui College on Tuesday nights, Sept. 1 to 29, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

As a building contractor and a licensed swimming pool, excavation and septic contractor, Keenan knows the obstacles contractors face. Keenan’s goal is to enable construction industry tradesmen to rise in their professions, manage their own crews and run their own businesses.
