Burger King at Maui Marketplace to Celebrate Grand Re-Opening

Burger King at the Maui Marketplace on Dairy Road in Kahului will celebrate a grand re-opening of their newly renovated location on Wednesday, Aug. 19 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and on Saturday, Aug. 22 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The grand re-opening event on Wednesday will begin with a traditional Hawaiian blessing followed by Hawaiian music and hula by Ke Kani Malie.

DJ Trance & Mackie from Da JAM (98.3 FM) will follow from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. with a live broadcast. They’ll add to the excitement with music, games and giveaways.

There will also be promotions and sampling featuring the all new Fiery Chicken Fries along with the regular Chicken Fries, Orange Freeze and Frozen Lemonade.

In addition to samples, Burger King will be distributing free, small ICEEs from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Customers can spin the Da Jam Prize Wheel for the opportunity to win the grand prize—a Weekend Staycation for two—and other prizes, such as a round trip on Expedition to Lāna‘i, Ace Hardware gift cards and plenty Burger King items and gift cards.

Attendees can also sign up in store with no purchase necessary for a chance to win a shiny, new bike from Dr. Pepper from Aug. 19 to 23.

The fun continues on Saturday, Aug. 22, with more promotions and sampling as well as fun for the whole family. A face painter and balloon twister will be entertaining keiki from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. And of course, Burger King Crowns will also be available for the keiki.
