Prada Opens at The Shops at Wailea

Italian fashion retail merchant Prada has opened its fifth Hawai‘i location at The Shops at Wailea.

“… we are excited with its location at this prestigious center in Wailea,” said Lenora, retail manager for Prada.

Prada’s collection includes luxury leather goods and accessories for both men and women.

Designed by architect Roberto Baciocchi, the storefront is adorned with Marquinia marble and accentuated with a slim steel frame, large display windows and light boxes.

The women’s collection is defined by the signature black and white marble checkered flooring—a legacy of Prada’s identity worldwide, along with the green fabric-adorned walls with a distinguished display of the product, an original reinterpretation of Prada’s iconic display niches.

The crystal display counters with drawers covered in Saffiano Leather and green velvet sofas create an elegant and inviting atmosphere.

Prada joins other luxury retailers in the center’s East Wing, including Louis Vuitton, Tiffany & Company, Cos Bar, Gucci, BCBGMAXZRIA, Baron & Leeds, Bottega Veneta and ILORI Optical.
