Lei of Aloha 9, the annual open house celebrating the holiday season and a benefit for Hōkūlani Holt’s hālau hula, Pā‘ū O Hi‘iaka, will be held on Saturday, Dec. 5, 2015, from 1 to 4 p.m. at The Old Wailuku Inn at Ulupono in Wailuku.

Tour the historic Old Wailuku Inn and celebrate in the style of 1930s Hawai‘i with music and hula by Hōkūlani Holt’s hālau hula, Pā‘ū O Hi‘iaka, and readings of Don Blanding’s poems.

Innkeeper Janice Fairbanks will decorate according to this year’s theme—“Holy Night, Starry Night.”

The expanded Hawaiian Country Store will feature handmade gift items.

Light snacks and beverages will be served.

Tickets are $35.

The Old Wailuku Inn is located at 2199 Kaho‘okele St. (corner of High Street).

Free parking and shuttle service will be provided to and from the county parking lot at High and Kaohu streets.
