In celebration of the holiday season, Spago at Four Seasons Resort Maui introduces two exclusive events, including a special latke cooking demonstration with Executive Chef Cameron Lewark and Sunday ʻohana barbecue nights for guests to enjoy with family and friends.

Join Chef Lewark on December 10 at 2 p.m. to learn the fine art of making latkes, traditionally eaten for Hanukkah. Chef Lewark will share his secrets on how to create the perfect potato latkes, as well as fresh apple sauce and crème fraiche sides. After the demonstration and question-and-answer session, guests are welcome to enjoy champagne and passed appetizers on the patio. Seats are limited and reservations are required.

Every Sunday from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. until December 13, the restaurant will be hosting a family-style ‘ohana barbecue night that includes options like whole roasted suckling pig, barbecue baked beans in Tī leaf, sweet cornbread, Hawaiian potato salad, smoked Kula onions, roasted yellow beets, brussel sprouts and apple pie with macadamia nut ice cream.  Tickets are $48 per person and must be reserved for a whole table.

For more details on upcoming events or to a make reservation at Spago, please call (808) 879-2999.
