The all-inclusive camp includes oceanfront accommodations, professional surf coaching, surfboards, three healthy meals a day, various activities around the island, airport transfers and a lifetime of friends and memories (airfare not included).

Campers who register prior to Dec. 31, 2015 will get a $200 discount, and scholarships through the Kelea Foundation are also available.

Women’s Camp
Maui Surfer Girls’ women’s camp is designed as a return-to-camp experience for females 18 and over. Open to beginners and up, the professional surf coaching team will help campers progress their skills in the perfect warm water waves of Maui, just minutes from the oceanfront facility.

The camp is similar to the girls camp, but with more schedule flexibility, and more focus on relaxation and rejuvenation. Besides surfing, campers will have the option of participating in additional activities including hiking, yoga and massage.

About Founder Dustin Tester
Raised on Maui, Dustin Tester’s dad taught her how to surf when she was 7. She’s been a multi-sport water athlete ever since. Dustin has been a competitive skim boarder, surfer, outrigger paddler, and enjoyed her time in North Carolina whitewater kayaking and rock climbing with her best friend, Celine Russo.

She received her bachelor’s degree from Prescott College’s Wilderness Therapy Program.

In the desert canyons of the San Juan River, Dustin got her inspiration for Maui Surfer Girls during her thesis project on creating a rite of passage for teenage girls. Dustin’s work with the Voyager Outward Bound School also fueled her passion for personal development through outdoor education. She’s taught hundreds of students about the stoke of surfing, and living aloha.

Always adding to her bucket list, Dustin has skydived, tow surfed Jaws, written a book, surfed in Africa with the elephants, taught Cher how to surf, and recently completed an Ironman.

In her free time, she enjoys skateboarding and surfing with her dog, Luna.
