This November was the lowest month this year for Maui real estate sales, but realtor Josh Jerman of Hawaiʻi Life Real Estate Brokers says the numbers are consistent with last November’s numbers, since Fall can be a slow time of year.
Here’s a look at some of the current figures.
November 2015
2: $3 million and up
19: $1 million-$2.9 million
13: $999k-$751k
43: $500k-750k
70: $499k and lower
The highest-priced home sold for $3.45 million in Kāʻanapali.
The lowest-priced home sold for $315,900 in Central Maui.
The highest price condo sold for $2.7 million in Wailea.
The lowest-price condo sold for $110,000 in Central Maui.
Condominium: 68
Single Family Home: 62
Vacant Land: 9
