Free Computer Classes Offered at Roselani Place

The Free Help Education Organization will offer free computer basics and Internet technology for beginners classes to Roselani Place and Maui community seniors for five weeks beginning on Thursday, Feb. 4, from 2:30 to 4 p.m.

Learn the basics of computer using the Microsoft Windows Operating System. Learn to use Windows for various functions, explore the Internet, create emails, Google, Yahoo, MSN, search the Web. Learn the basic makeup of computer and other information needed to buy your first computer. The classes also include an introduction to Microsoft Office and Word.

Information will also be provided on “How to Avoid Elder Abuses and Scams.”

Donation accepted, including an optional $45 donation for a mouse, pad and Handbook, which will be provided to all student.
