The University of Hawai‘i Center was established by the UH Board of Regents to facilitate the offering of select Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from UH Mānoa, UH West O‘ahu, and UH Hilo.

More than 1,300 Maui county residents have taken advantage of these programs and earned their degrees while continuing to live in Maui County. Many of these outreach and distance learning programs are structured for working professionals and students raising families.
