Free informational sessions for Maui residents interested in purchasing an affordable home at the new Kamalani residential community are being offered now through June 19 by the project broker. Located in north Kihei, Kamalani’s first neighborhood is offering up to 170 condominium homes designated as “Residential Workforce Housing,” also known as affordable housing.

Hosted by KW Island Living, project broker for Kamalani, the hour-long “Get to Know Kamalani” sessions will provide information about the new project, eligibility requirements for affordable home buyers as set by the County of Maui, and the sales application process.

“We’ve received tremendous interest in Kamalani from local residents, and for many of them, this is their first experience buying a home,” said Steve Baker of KW Island Living. “I remember how I felt when I bought my first condo, and we think this casual and informative talk-story session will be very helpful for first-time homebuyers.”
