Hawaiian Airlines Offers Madeline Reservation Change Waivers for Big Island Travel

Hawaiian Airlines offers reservation change waivers for Big Island travel due to Hurricane Madeline: Guests are advised to check www.HawaiianAirlines.com for the latest updates on scheduled flights.

Effective immediately, guests holding tickets for travel to/from/via the Island of Hawaii—Kona (KOA) and Hilo (ITO)—on Hawaiian Airlines flights between August 31, 2016, through Sept. 1, 2016, will be permitted a one-time reservation change with waiver of change fee provided that:

Ticket was issued on/before Aug. 30, 2016
Affected flight(s) is/are originally scheduled for travel between Aug. 31, 2106 and Sept. 1, 2016
Change must be ticketed for new flights on/before Sept. 5, 2016
Agent assist fees for changes to travel agency tickets will be waived
In addition, for changes made to new flights any resulting difference in fare(s) will be waived provided that change is made to same compartment (i.e. Coach to Coach or First/Business Class to First/Business Class) and there is no change in origin and destination. Normal refund rules will apply. There will be no waiver of any applicable cancellation fees for refundable tickets and no refunds permitted on non-refundable tickets related to this event. All changes must be made by calling our Reservations Department at 1-800-367-5320.
