Kāʻanapali is one of the most in-demand locations for island living in West Maui.

Located between Historic Lahaina Town and great oceanfront neighborhoods like Nāpili Bay and Kapalua, this area is creme de la creme for West Maui living.

Residential areas in Kāʻanapali are located on both the mauka (mountain) and makai (ocean) sides of the Honoapi‘ilani Highway.

Although Kāʻanapali is mostly regarded as one of the most popular resort areas in Maui, there are many opportunities for buyers looking for vacation condominiums, single family homes and luxury estates in Kāʻanapali.

Set oceanfront in Kāʻanapali, buyers can take advantage of rare opportunities to purchase luxury condos at the Honua Kai Resort, Kāʻanapali Ali’i and The Whaler.

Maui luxury homes are a plenty in Kāʻanapali with gorgeous oceanfront estates, and incredible gated luxury homes in the Kāʻanapali Golf Estates.

For buyers that would like to build their own Maui dream home in Kāʻanapali, there is much opportunity with land available in the Kāʻanapali Coffee Farms agricultural community, Lanikeha neighborhood in the Kāʻanapali Golf Estates, the Pinnacle development, and a few rare oceanfront lots that front the sand on Kāʻanapali Beach.

Perhaps the best advantage to living in Kāʻanapali is the close proximity to exciting West Maui activities and attractions.

When in Kāʻanapali, you can always count on long days of sunshine and the most consistent ocean conditions on island for swimming, snorkeling, stand up paddle boarding and more great West Maui ocean activities.

Whaler’s Village Shopping Center is where you can find the best shopping, dining and entertainment in West Maui, and there’s nothing like a magical Maui sunset front Kāʻanapali Beach.

Throughout Kāʻanapali areas, residents will find 360-degree island views of the Pacific Ocean, outer islands and the gorgeous West Maui mountain range.
