Hundreds gathered under the Banyan Tree Saturday night when it lit up simultaneously with The Wharf Cinema Center and Pioneer Inn to officially kick off Lahaina Town’s holiday season.  Santa was there to welcome kids and join them in picture taking.

The kickoff event also featured Santa posing for pictures in his sleigh at Santa Land on the Plaza Level of The Wharf; and a performance on Center Stage by the Sacred Hearts School Choir, under the Instructor Lori Ulmann.

Santa will return on Friday, Dec. 9, 2016 for the Lahaina Second Friday Town Party. He will be visiting The Wharf Cinema Center for more free picture taking in Santa Land from 7 to 9 p.m. Guests are invited to bring their own cameras.
