This Chinese New Year, Executive Chef Peleg Miron and Spago at The Four Seasons Resort Maui will be honoring the Year of the Rooster by featuring an all-you-can-eat interactive Chinese night market with live action cooking stations on Thursday, February 9.

Known for its fusion of Hawaiian and California cuisine, Spago will turn into an elaborate night market, throwing an all-you-can-eat Chinese BBQ-themed event.  Offerings will include traditional dim sum, noodles, BBQ brisket and more. Guests will also enjoy live Chinese entertainment to top off a memorable evening. The event begins at 5:30 p.m. and costs $75 per person.
