The Leis Family Class Act Restaurant at the University of Hawai‘i Maui College has just been rated the #1 Best Overall Restaurant in Hawai‘i in the monthly rankings on OpenTable.

The ratings are based on 400,000 new diner reviews via the worldwide online reservations hub.
The student-operated, fine dining restaurant is also rated #1 in the categories of Best Food, Fit for Foodies, and Best Value.

In addition, it made the Top Ten list of Neighborhood Gems, coming in at #9. Chef/Instructor Tom Lelli runs the kitchen; Mark Malone runs the front of the house. Both credit their incredibly hard-working students for the success of The Leis Family Class Act, which is now open for lunch most Wednesdays and Fridays during the academic year.  See the current spring menu here.
