Maui Electric to Re-Open Moloka’i Customer Service Office, Limited Hours

Maui Electric Company will reopen its Moloka‘i Customer Service Office to accept walk-in bill payments starting Tuesday, April 25, 2017.  The office will be open on Tuesdays, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., excluding holidays.

“We appreciate the feedback from the Moloka‘i community about the need to have an in-person bill payment option,” said Sharon Suzuki, president of Maui Electric. “We’re pleased to offer this service to our customers on island once again.”

Other bill payment options include:

  • U.S. mail to PO Box 1670, Honolulu, HI 96806-1670
  • Moloka‘i Community Federal Credit Union for members
  • Online at www.mauielectric.com
  • By phone toll-free 1-877-871-8461 through charge, checking/savings debit card, or electronic check (fees apply)
