PHOTOS: “Nervous Laughter” World Premiere at the MACC

The world premiere of Nervous Laughter did not disappoint. The sold-out show was packed with tons of excited groms, friends, and families alike locked in for a visual treat. The evening was emceed by Micah Nickens, who introduced the cast and crew and initiated the giveaways preceding the film. The film’s cast gave away so much gear in a spectacular display of flying hats, t-shirts, and frisbees, to the roar of rowdy kids scrambling around the front of the stage.

Nervous Laughter, starring Albee Layer, Torrey Meister, Kai Lenny, Billy Kemper, and Dege Oconnell, chronicled five surfers over the El Niño winter of 2016, and the unbelievable rides that went down during the season.
