Real Estate Maui Now Hot Picks

Each month, the Realtors Association of Maui release their monthly data regarding house prices throughout Maui.

For the month of April, home sales and prices on Maui were down from month before levels with a total of 97 homes sold for a median price of $671,000, according to new data released yesterday by the Realtors Association of Maui.

The greatest number of homes sold in April was in Central Maui where 31 homes sold for a median price of $570,000, followed by Kīhei where 25 homes sold for a median of $835,850, according to RAM data.

Taking RAM’s monthly and yearly data into account, below are a few of the newest properties listed on MLS for the week that are priced around RAM’s median residential home sales for that area.
