Created by artist Hermine Harman and hosted by the Enchantress Gallery by Bootzie, the event will feature a costume contest, a mermaid photo booth, a fashion show by TV-star and award-winning body painter Rachael DeBoer, live music, exquisite mermaid art, and much more.

Hermine Harman’s art has long been featured in the Enchantress Gallery by Bootzie and her paintings are adored by clients like Aerosmith rocker Steven Tyler.

“My inspiration for painting mermaids began during a vision painting workshop 22 years ago and I have loved painting and decorating them ever since. Recently, I began thinking about how fun it would be to have a Maui mermaid event as the mermaid movement is exploding globally and what better place then Maui to host this celebration of the divine feminine and mermaids. With wildly successful events like Burning Man and Art Basel, people are looking for opportunities not just to look at art, but to also be a part of it,” Harman said.
