The Department of Finance’s Division of Motor Vehicles and Licensing will be closing its Kīhei Satellite Office on July 3, 2017, for approximately three and a half weeks.

During this time Kīhei staff members will be temporarily transferred to the Kahului Service Center at the Maui Mall. All other service centers, including Kahului, Lahaina and Pukalani, will be remain open for normal business hours.

The closure will allow for construction of more service counters at the Kīhei office as well as improve office infrastructure. These improvements will enable Kīhei staff to increase service capacity for the community. Currently the Kīhei Satellite Office services about 28,000 customers each year.
