The current sales/showroom location on Kele Street will revert to its owner once the existing lease expires.

Company executives say the new location will hold separate showrooms for both Lexus and Subaru brands to accommodate more customers. The expanded facilities will also include a shared vehicle service area, housing nine lifts, plus one alignment bay as well as LED lighting throughout that will run off a photovoltaic system to help offset electrical costs.

“The new location is on a prime corner in a central area of new business growth and commercial real estate development, and the future service facility will increase the number of customers we are able to accommodate,” said Rick Ching, President & COO of Servco.
