Haku Baldwin Center to Benefit from Ohana Fuels Program
The Haku Baldwin Center in Makawao was selected as the upcoming beneficiary of the Ohana Fuels ‘Fuel Up. Do Good.’ program.
The Maui non-profit fosters therapeutic partnerships between people and animals with a range of therapeutic programs offered at no cost to the community, including: Animal-Assisted Therapy/Activities, Humane Animal Education, Therapeutic Horseback Riding, and Horsemanship for Veterans.
“We are excited to announce we will be partnering with Haku Baldwin Center as our next ‘Fuel up. Do good.’ beneficiary,” said Kimo Haynes, President of Hawai‘i Petroleum. “We value the exceptional work Haku Baldwin Center does to help our Ohana and we look forward to offering continued support in the community through our ‘Fuel up. Do good.’ program.”
Ohana Fuels partners with nonprofits that serve the needs of the local community, and donates a portion of every gallon of gasoline purchased at all Ohana Fuels stations in that community.
During the months of July through September 2017, a portion of the sales at all Maui Ohana fuels locations will be donated to Haku Baldwin Center.
