A secluded Pāʻia oceanfront estate will sell without reserve at an auction on Nov. 2, to the highest bidder.
The home, located at 27 Lae Place, was previously listed for $6.495 million and overlooks Mantokuji Bay.
The 5 bedroom/4.5 bathroom house features an open floor plan with soaring ceilings; tropical fans; sliding doors that open to an outdoor terrace with a dining area; manicured lawns; a lap pool; and a 1,300-square-foot lanai/veranda.
Inside, the five-bedroom home is comprised of a chef’s kitchen with a large island and panoramic views of the West Maui Mountains and Molokaʻi; a family/game room offering terrace access; and a peaceful master sanctuary featuring custom built-ins, a spa bath, soaking tub, ocean views and lanai access.
The home is walkable to two internationally celebrated windsurfing spots, Ho’okipa and Spreckelsville. It is also only 15 miles from West Maui Forest Preserve and 30 miles from Haleakalā National Park.
The auction will be held through auction firm Concierge Auctions in cooperation with Greg Burns of Elite Pacific Properties. The online auction will begin at 11 a.m. HST. Click here for more information.
