Santa Trades in Sleigh for a Helicopter Arrival via Blue Hawaiian

The countdown has begun to beloved Santa Claus’ arrival on Christmas Eve as he lands via helicopter at Aston Maui Hill’s poolside lawn.  With a little help from his friends at Blue Hawaiian Helicopters, Santa will spread merriment with his bag full of holiday presents to families and especially the children who eagerly await him.

“Santa’s arrival on Christmas Eve is a much-anticipated event for Maui families and visiting guests,” said Gregg Lundberg, president of Blue Hawaiian Helicopters. “This special occasion has become a long-standing holiday tradition at Aston Maui Hill and we’re happy to be a part of the celebration.”

This is the 36th year that Santa will take a detour from the route of his reindeer-drawn sleigh to hop on a helicopter and make a stop on Maui Hill to visit with Maui families and hotel guests.

At Aston Maui Hill, a condominium resort, the Hawaiian style holiday celebration commences at noon on Christmas Eve complete with live music, barbecue lunch, and fun activities for the whole family as they await the helicopter delivery of Santa.
