Maui Economic Opportunity (MEO) announced today that $41,700 in Maui County funding is available for project graduation programs for 2019 high school graduating classes. The funding is available for all public and private schools in Maui County as an effort to promote alcohol and drug free graduation celebrations.

MEO will hold an informational meeting at the MEO Family Center at 99 Mahalani Street in Wailuku at 5 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 28. MEO is encouraging all high schools intending to apply for these funds to attend the informational meeting.

Applications will be distributed at the meeting and will available on the MEO website after Jan. 28. Additional information can be found by emailing [email protected] or by calling 242-4342.
